Full Surrender Ministries was birthed through a vision given to Pastor Rob by God in 2012.

Full Surrender is not a church as some would think, but an outreach set to preach, teach, and reach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations.

Rob was born in Silver Springs, Maryland in 1978. Growing up, most of his Christian understanding came from the Catholic church.

It was in March of 2001 when Rob had an encounter with the Lord and received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.  In 2008, God began to move more in Rob's life, giving him visions of different places he would travel to and people he would share the gospel with, and in 2009 he realized his calling to not only to pastor/evangelize, also to help teach evangelism and build up ministries.

In 2012 Rob was under the leadership of Bishop Shawn Davis of True Faith Community Church in Fredericksburg, VA and was licensed as minister, where he led many Bible Studies, Prayer Meetings, Conferences, Outreach, and Preached God's word.

After 6 years under Bishop Davis at True Faith, the Lord placed it on his heart that it was time to step out. After a couple years of ups and downs and road-blocks, God opened the door once again for Rob to step into his calling of not just an Evangelist but Pastor to do the work and will of God. 

In 2020 God opened a door for Rob to become an author, and he has published two books.
